cells
The cell is the basic unit of life. There are two types of cells, eukayote and prokaryote cells. Examples of prokaryotic cells are archea and bacteria. Some example of eukaryotic cells are plant and animal cells.
prokaryotes
The prokaryotes are a group of organisms whose cells lack a cell nucleus, or any other membrane-bound organelles. The organisms whose cells have a nucleus are called eukaryotes
eukaryotes
A eukaryote is an organism whose cells contain complex structures enclosed within membranes. Eukaryotes may be referred to as the taxon Eukarya or Eukaryota.
organelles
A structure within a cell, such as a mitochondrion, vacuole, or chloroplast, that performs a specific function.
